The Government Executive Committee decided to postpone the return of administrative, technical and teaching staff at public schools for a 2-week period until 4 October 2020 and extend the postponement of the return to in-person learning at public schools until 11 October 2020.

• Teachers and educational staff are to be periodically tested for COVID-19 in coordination with the Ministry of Health.
• This decision does not extend to private schools and their kindergartens, in accordance with measures already in place.
•  A decision was also taken to postpone the reopening of indoor dining services at restaurants and cafes, for a period of one month until 24 October 2020.
