The National Medical Taskforce updates the maximum capacity for cinemas under the Yellow Alert Level

The National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has announced that cinemas will operate at 30% capacity starting today, 05 August 2021.
This decision has been made in line with the latest data, with approval from the Government Executive Committee. The thresholds set for each alert level are subject to change depending on developments, as was indicated when the system was first announced.
The Taskforce also reiterated the importance of adhering to precautionary measures to protect public health.
